Our Goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Everyday we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness at all times.
Returns and RMA's
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Nuzira reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 25% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. Nuzira can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
All discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of ship date and returned within 7 days of reported discrepancies.
Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be approved by Nuzira LLC. Any non authorized returns will be rejected and returned at the shippers expense. If you would like to request an RMA please contact your Nuzira representative. If RMA is approved, all shipments must include a copy of the Nuzira RMA document with the shipment.
All orders or shipped FOB Origin: "FOB Origin" means the buyer assumes all risk once the seller ships the product.
For International orders
Your country's import duties, taxes and fees are never included in the item and shipping totals.
